11.o9.o7 - Impromanga and Secret Santa
After a bit of a hiatus, the Impromanga will be updating again with new pages hopefully at some point this weekend, but most likely Monday. :D And in other news about the Impromanga, December will be the month we host are annual Secret Santa art exchange which is open to anyone in the community who has an original character and can some how contribute art. Please check the SASS forums for more details and to sign up. It will be under the "Impromanga" forum. Please join!
09.26.07 - Sass Art book
Sass Studios is planning on creating an Art Book filled with the artwork from the art crew here. Artists including bluebug, Modesty, Animetor Lily, EuniceP and Xanseviera. It will feature artwork from the second Anthology in production and original art from each artist. :) Surprise.

07.06.07 - Return of Dark Souls!!
Big news! Our new printers have finally put our book back for sale online. Dark Souls Anthology can be found at IndyPlanet at the following link: Dark Souls Anthology.Now the big thing about our reprint is the size. This new print is standard manga size unlike the first print which was standard comic size.
In other news, Sass Studio is now officially affiliated with the Malaysian Doujinshi group, Crest07. The founders are both members of Sass Studio as well. They have a load of great products that are definitely worth a look. There are several very talented artists involved. Both the offical site and devart site are linked.
o6.o7.o7 - New Printers
I've been in touch with our new printer who has finally shipped my proof copy of Dark Souls Anthology! We are still waiting on progress with our Printer's store update before we can sell them again online. But I would say by July at the latest we will have Dark Souls in Manga Size trade paper back. You can find the link to our new printer, Ka-Blam, in our Links Section.
In other news, Sass Studios is looking to advertise our re-sale of Dark Souls Anthology by inviting artists to submit fanart of the Dark Souls characters. Click here for more details
o5.o1.o7 - New Artists
Since we started working on the anthology, we've added 2 new artists to our team. We welcome Xansierva fromCrest07 and EuniceP from Ghost Hunters. You can now check our Projects section for news about the current anthology project!
o3.26.o7 - New Anthology Project!
It is now official. Sass Studios is working on its 2nd Anthology Title. The theme of our new project is "Modern Fairytales". Hopefully you will see more updates on this site for that project in the near future. For now, check our Forum to keep up to date on the 2nd Anthology's progress.
It is my hope to get Dark Souls back on the online shelf soon. I am preparing the files to send to our new printer at the end of this month. The REPRINT of Dark Souls will be different than its original print in that it will be Manga Sized instead of Standard size.
o2.27.o7 - No Sale
I've made some minor fixes to the information on the site. The big news is that we're going to discontinue sales of "Dark Souls" for a bit. We are moving to a new printer and distributer, so it will be available for online purchase again.
Another big news flash is that we've started making plans for a possible new anthology title. More discussion on that is in the forum.
o2.o7.o7 - Negate Never Gets Drunk
Bet you like that headline. Good news everyone, Sass Studios now has a presence on the Drunk Duck site. Our Impromanga "Negate Never" is now hosted there. It updates Mon-Wed-Fri, with new pages. So take a look there if you want to check it out. Check out Negate Never at Drunk Duck.

Happy Holidays everyone! We had a great Secret Santa Exchange on our Forum. But we are ready to start a new round of the Impromanga. We also have put up a new homepage for the Impromanga specifically. Check it out! Negate Never. The Shoutbox has been removed and new links will take its place. :)
11.29.o6 - Art Exchange
For the month of December, Sass Studios is hosting a Secret Santa Art Exchange in the Forum Anyone interested is welcomed to participate.
There are also plans to replace the Shoutbox on the front page. Input for that would be greatly appreciated.
We'd also like to mention that our first published Title: Dark Souls is still for sale online at Comixpress. They would make great gifts.

o6.24.o6 - JAFAX Report
The Dark Souls Anthology should be available for sale online within the next few days. (Comixpress still needs to update their online store). bluebug will be selling books at Animethon 13 in Edmonton Canada July 8-9. We thank all visitors from JAFAX, pre-Orders, and patrons for their support. We shall be revamping the website with new material in the next few weeks. Thank you for your patience.
o6.o1.o6 - Book Availability Continued
I just received the proof copy (a sort of printing test) of Dark Souls. There were only a few minor corrections to make so it should be in Comixpress's Store very soon. Please check back for more news.
o5.o8.o6 - Book Availability
June 1st, is the official deadline for the printers to finish the order of books. It should be available for online orders by the end of the month. And for those in the area of Grand Rapids Michigan, Dark Souls and Sass Studios will be in the artist's alley of JAFAX If you want to pick up a copy of Dark Souls or other great artwork from the Sass Studio artists, please stop by!
o3.18.o6 - Conventions
On April 23rd 2006, Sass Studios will be selling prints and comics at the RiverTown Comic Convention in Grand Rapids Michigan. Visit Official Website for more details on the show and the area. Dark Souls plans to be available at JAFAX at the Grand Valley State University Campus. There will also be some page previews and gallery updates later this month, so stay tuned.
11.o7.o5 - Moving Around
The galleries now have their own section on the side menu for you to directly view them. We're expecting to put up a fanart gallery in the near future. Pre-Orders will be taken until January. The expected availability date for "Dark Souls" will be late January or Febuary of 2006. So pre-order now and receive a monthy newsletter from the artists. To Pre-Order, send us an email with your name/alias and an email where you can be contacted.
10.o4.o5 - Pre-Orders
We are still accepting sign-ups for the Pre-Order list. It is free to sign up, all you need to do is send an email to us with your name/nickname/alias and an email you can be reached at. When you sign up, you will receive a monthly newsletter with plenty of extra goodies from the artists."Dark Souls" will be available in Winter of 2006.

There are now galleries for each artist's story in the Projects section for you to view. We also want to thank everyone who has Pre-Ordered or Donated so far. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will help us with our printing costs. We are still accepting pre-oders and donations.
